What's the typical commercial model?+

For partners with parts integration, we operate at zero labour-margin and earn from the parts uplift. For pure-labour partnerships we charge a flat platform fee per completed job — quoted up front based on volume.

Can we white-label the booking flow?+

Yes. We offer embeddable widgets, an iframe flow, or a fully white-labelled API integration with your branding throughout.

What SLAs do you offer?+

Standard SLA is 48-hour booking-to-attendance in our 16 live cities. Tighter SLAs (same-day, 4-hour) are available for an uplift in selected geographies.

How is mechanic quality maintained at scale?+

Every mechanic in the network is system-trained, insured and rating-monitored. Partner-flagged jobs get priority routing to top-rated mechanics with the relevant specialism.

What reporting do partners receive?+

A monthly dashboard covering job volumes, completion times, ratings, top failure modes by model, and cost per bike. CSV exports and a read-only API are available for ingestion into your BI stack.
